Usage:

After cleansing, apply the toner to dry skin in an even layer, gently pat it into the skin with your fingertips, and wait until it is completely absorbed. Then continue with your skin care. For a stronger effect, moisten cotton pads with tonic and apply them to the skin in areas that need moisturizing. Leave on for 10 minutes, then remove them.
